This registration form is the first step in beginning your child’s journey at the NCCECE (Noreen Cook Center for Early Childhood Education). It’s designed to help us get to know your family, understand your child’s needs, and guide you through program and schedule options thoughtfully.

You’ll be asked about your child, your hoped-for schedule, and any additional care that may be helpful for your family. Details about options like early care, and late care are shared within the form as you select them, so you only see what’s relevant to you.

Nothing is charged when you submit this form. After completion, a member of our NCCECE team will follow up to connect, answer questions, and review next steps together.

Security Fee

A $300 annual security fee will be billed per family. This supports our security personnel and campus safety measures and is paid once per family per year. Har Zion Temple members do not pay this fee here, as they already paid the security fee during the synagogue membership signup process.

A $180 annual fee will be billed per family. This supports our HSA and NCCECE programming.

Application Requirements & Financial Arrangements:
HAR ZION MEMBERS:
In order for us to process your child's application for the 2026-2027 school year at the member rate, your 2025-2026 membership dues must be paid in full at the time this application is presented to the office. Furthermore, parents enrolling their child in the Noreen Cook Center as members must maintain a valid membership throughout the school year. Therefore, it is understood that if accepted, your 2026-2027 membership dues and tuition bill will be paid in full by August 15, 2026 unless automatic payment arrangements are on file. If membership renewal is not made as noted, school fees will be converted to the Non-Member rate retroactively. All requests for financial assistance should be made immediately to the Noreen Cook Center Director.

TO ALL FAMILIES:
This application can only be processed if all school and other 2025-2026 synagogue obligations are current. We look forward to having your child with us in the preschool. Occasionally a child may be asked to leave because the child is not ready for school, has a special problem that cannot be handled within the limits of a normal classroom situation or otherwise because of our concerns for the safety and well-being of the class as a whole. Tuition previously paid will be pro-rated and refunded accordingly.

This application is a legally binding contract. All financial obligations owed to Har Zion Temple for the above named child are the responsibility of both parents. This application will not be processed unless both parents acknowledge this financial obligation by signing below. Any exceptions or special circumstances require the prior written approval of the Noreen Cook Center Director. We have read and agree to be legally bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth above.

Har Zion Temple’s NCCECE reserves the right to terminate enrollment due to failure to meet financial obligation.

If you select to use a credit card:
All Credit Card payments will incur a 2.5% processing fee added to each transaction. I understand that I must notify Har Zion Temple when my credit card expires or is cancelled and supply them with an updated card number. If credit card is declined, a replacement must be given within 15 days or a fee of $25 will be assessed on my account. Please contact our Bookkeeping Department at bookkeeping@harziontemple.org to arrange a time to collect your credit card information.

If you select to use your bank account - ACH Checking Account:
Please contact our Bookkeeping Department at bookkeeping@harziontemple.org to arrange a time to collect your banking information. I understand that I must notify Har Zion Temple four (4) days prior to the 1st of the month if my checking account number changes and provide new banking information. If an ACH payment is declined for any reason a $25 fee will be assessed on my account.

Photo & Community Use
As part of participation in the Noreen Cook Center community, families grant permission for photos or images of their child and family members to be used in school communications and promotional materials, including the Har Zion Temple and NCCECE websites and social media.

We have read and agree to be legally bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth above.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued and/or credit transferred to any other division of Har Zion Temple for any reason unless adjustments need to be made. Exceptions to this policy can only be made with written approval by the Executive Director. Please note that if there are any special circumstances or problems of which the school should be aware, please contact our Noreen Cook Center Director before this application is filed. This application is a legally binding contract. If HZT determines, in its discretion based on circumstances that school cannot run during the school year, a full refund will be given.

$500 NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit per child is needed to finalize this tuition agreement. After filling out this form you will be taken to the registration deposit page in order to finalize your agreement.
