When we lose a loved one or dear friend, that relationship can feel suddenly taken from us, and grief often leads to isolation and a weakening of other sustaining relationships in our lives. Over coffee and dessert, Allison will lead an informal, reflective conversation about objects, heirlooms, and the healing power of memory, including a sentimental “show & tell” in which she shares personal items that demonstrate how keeping the stories of loved ones alive can help us remain connected.
