Salary: Up to $70,000 plus benefits package (salary is commensurate with experience)

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Teen Engagement Coordinator to help build and lead a groundbreaking, radically immersive, and deeply engaging teen initiative for students in grades 8–12. This is not a “babysit the youth lounge and order pizza” kind of role. 

We are seeking someone who is warm, outgoing, creative, organized, collaborative, dependable, communicative, and excited to make a real impact. The ideal candidate is someone who can move comfortably between big ideas and practical details, between meaningful conversations and event spreadsheets, and between teaching in a classroom and showing up for teens in the moments that matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Build authentic personal relationships with teens and their families
• Serve as a mentor, role model, and trusted adult presence in teen life
• Plan events, programs, and trips with creativity and care
• Manage logistics and administrative details that help programs run smoothly
• Collaborate with clergy, staff, parents, and partners across the congregation
• Bring energy, reliability, strong communication, follow-through, and a sense of humor to the work
