Yom HaShoah Communal Holocaust Remembrance Service
Har Zion Temple invites you to join the Kehillah of Lower Merion for a meaningful Yom HaShoah Communal Holocaust Remembrance Service on Monday, April 13 at 7:00 PM at Main Line Reform Temple-Beth Elohim in Wynnewood.
This important evening of remembrance will feature Strings of Hope, a powerful presentation of violins that survived the devastation of Hiroshima and the Holocaust. Narrated by cellist Udi Bar-David, the program will trace the journey of these instruments and honor the memory, loss, and resilience they represent. Kehillah clergy will join together as the community gathers in solidarity and reflection.
As part of the service, Harry Sauer will light a candle on behalf of Har Zion Temple and read the names of loved ones from our community who perished in the Holocaust. If you would like a name included in this sacred moment, please use the form on this page to submit it.
We hope you will join us for this moving communal commemoration.
