Jerusalem Day: History, Meaning and Making Jerusalem Bagels with Rabbi Moriah SimonHazani

Wednesday – May 13 – 6:30 PM

Join us for a special Sisterhood program in advance of Yom Yerushalayim, led by Rabbi Moriah SimonHazani.

Together, we will make traditional Jerusalem bagels while exploring the history, meaning, and modern-day complexities of Jerusalem Day. Through hands-on cooking and engaging discussion, we’ll reflect on the many layers of the holiday and the cultural story behind this beloved food.

This program offers a unique opportunity to connect through food, culture, and thoughtful conversation in a warm and welcoming setting.

Sisterhood members are invited to attend at no cost.
Non-Sisterhood members are welcome to join for $15 per person. Payment can be made at the event or by check in advance.

RSVP required by May 8, to purchase dough.

Please Note:
According to the Bylaws, the slate of Officers and Board must be sent in writing to the entire Sisterhood membership at least seven (7) days before the election. Voting will take place at the April/May general membership meeting.

Sisterhood’s next general meeting is on:
Wednesday, May 13th at 6:30 pm.

Please join us for voting for our new slate.
