The Competitions

3-Point Shootout

Fee: $18 per player ($10 if you’re already in the tournament)

Step up and test your range! Players have 60 seconds to shoot from five racks around the arc. Points rack up fast, and every shot counts. Do you have the hot hand to win it all?

Half-Court Shot Challenge

Fee: $18 per player ($10 if you’re already in the tournament)

Take your shot from downtown! Sink a half-court basket and walk away a champion. With the crowd behind you and great prizes on the line, this contest is all about guts, glory, and one unforgettable moment.

Event Extras

Kosher food and refreshments will be available throughout the day, along with special swag sales including wristbands, sweatbands, and more to help boost fundraising. Beyond the competitions, the event will be filled with fun, music, and community spirit, so even if you’re not playing, you’ll want to come out to cheer on friends and neighbors.

Why We Play

All proceeds from Hoops for Hope will go directly to Kibbutz Alumim, a resilient agricultural community on the Gaza border that suffered tremendous loss during the October 7th attacks. Kibbutz Alumim is working hard to rebuild homes, farms, and lives. Our tournament will help fund new farming equipment, infrastructure, and recovery efforts. By playing ball, you’re standing in solidarity with a community that truly needs our support.
